Melt in your mouth pot roast

This pot roast already seasoned and purchased from Trader Joe's is simply the best. No other way to put it. Because it's pre-seasoned it was very easy to make. All it took was browning some vegetables in a hot cast pot or dutch oven, and then transferring into an oven to cook at 350 degrees for 2 hours. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth, delicious pot roast!

Ingredients

Onions halved
4 cloves of garlic
rosemary
beef broth 1-2 cups.
pot roast (seasoned from Trader Joe’s)
baby carrots
canola oil (2-3 tablespoons)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the oil in a cast iron skillet and heat on medium high. Brown the halved onions and garlic and set aside. Next brown the carrots and set aside. Place the pot roast in skillet and brown very well on all sides. Set aside. Place the beef broth in skillet along with 2 sprigs of Rosemary and scrape all the little brown bits. Add all the browned vegetables, pot roast and beef broth in a Dutch oven and cook for about 2 hours. Enjoy!
